Position Overview
1. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with assigned group companies to provide HR support aligned with operational and business goals.
- Participate in building, reviewing, and standardizing HR policies, procedures, templates, and annual HR plans across entities.
- Coordinate Performance Management activities including KPI/goal setting, performance review cycles, evaluation support, and manager coaching.
- Support Learning & Development programs through training needs analysis, training coordination, and effectiveness evaluation.
- Conduct and support HR audit activities; monitor corrective actions to ensure HR compliance and proper documentation management.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and monitor employee development plans as well as talent management initiatives.
- Handle additional assignments as requested by management.
