Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior HR Site Lead (Business Partner & IT Recruiter) for our new Delivery Center in Belo Horizonte. This role is critical for establishing and scaling the operation from the ground up, including local HR infrastructure, talent acquisition strategy, culture building, compliance, and leadership engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• HR Business Partnering: You will act as the main HR partner for Technology and Delivery Center leaders, becoming their trusted advisor in all people-related matters. You will support managers in workforce planning, performance management, talent development, compensation structures, and employee relations.
