A relevant B. Degree (NQF Level 7, 3-year qualification, preferably in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology or Human Resources) or equivalent plus approximately 6 years of relevant experience, where such experience includes
A minimum of 4 years of previous experience as an HR practitioner, where recruitment and HR admin are key responsibilities
Experience where HR work has been executed with the use of an HR information technology system
Experience in most, if not all, areas of HR (for example, recruitment and selection, HR administration, Industrial Relations, training and development, remuneration, performance management, HR IT systems, and well-being)
At least one year of management experience
