Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Job Requirements: - Bachelors Degree in HR Management essential.
- Min. 5 years HR management experience, in the Automotive sector.
- Strong knowledge of SA Labour Laws and regulations.
Responsibilities: HR and Industrial Relations Management: - Manage all aspects of HR and IR.
- Manage Section 189A, CCMA cases, Union matters and Employment Equity.
- Manage all aspects of level and statutory requirements, including internal & external audits.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process.
HR Policies and Compliance: - Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Employment Equity, and BEE requirements.
