We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to oversee and strengthen the full HR function of a shipping company in Singapore, with a strong focus on workforce planning, talent pipeline development, MOM compliance, and management of blue‑collar workforce operations.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business growth through strategic manpower planning, recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, and operational HR support.
