As a Philippines-based Senior HR-Legal Advisor, you will facilitate the development and maintenance of scalable, country-specific HR documentation and compliance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions. You will conduct labor law research, standardize employment documentation, and create client‑ready resources spanning onboarding, performance management, disciplinary processes, and terminations.
You will serve as a key internal point of contact for HR Advisory Services, supporting Sales and Customer Success teams with client queries and providing direct advisory guidance where required. The role also includes managing complex employee relations matters, including specialized labor law advisory for the Philippines, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and due process standards.
