Position Summary

Senior HR Generalist, Employee Relations plays a key role in fostering a positive employee experience. As a trusted advisor, this role provides expert guidance to leaders on employee relations matters, ensures consistent and compliant application of HR policies and employment legislation, and strengthens organizational capabilities in HR processes, programs, and policies to proactively support employees. The Senior HR Generalist leads or supports the implementation of organizational change initiatives and contributes to continuous improvement of HR processes and programs. This role reports directly to the Head of HR, Canada and is based at the downtown Toronto Galderma office (161 Bay Street) with a minimum of three days on‑site work required per week. Annual base salary range is 90,000 – 110,000 CAD.
