Basic up to $5,300 + AWS bonus + Variable Bonus
Job Responsibilities - Training & Development
- Design and implement structured training frameworks for employees across multiple levels
- Develop and refine training manuals, SOPs, and learning materials to ensure effective knowledge transfer
- Establish a skill map and competency framework to categorize employees by capability levels
- Work closely with hiring managers to
- Equip them with tools and methodologies to conduct effective on-the-job training
- Standardize training approaches across all stores
- Create clear development pathways to nurture high-potential employees into managers
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs
