Responsibilities
- Support the talent management team to administer the recruitment and selectionprocess.
- Administering all the hiring processes of new employees. Assist with new-hireorientation, as needed.
- Reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates and assisting in the recruitment process.
- Preparing offer letter to new joiners.
- Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees areproperly connected.
- Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortablespeaking up about issues.
- Maintaining leave records of all employees.
- Maintaining a detailed record of the companys employees.
- Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies.
- Creating new HR policies and updating the existing ones.
