You will support day-to-day HR operations across onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, work pass matters, compensation and benefits support, compliance, employee engagement, and HR process improvements. The role also offers exposure to regional coordination and broader HR initiatives within an international business environment.
Key requirements:
Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience
Strong understanding of Singapore employment law and HR compliance
Experience with MOM work pass matters SAP SuccessFactors exposure is advantageous
Prior experience within the maritime or shipping sector would be advantageous
