Responsibilities

• Liaise with insurer and employees on insurance matters and support in yearly insurance renewals.
• Handle submission of employee insurance and medical claims.
• Administer Career Conversion Programme (CCP) and Work-Study diploma, including programme structures, stakeholder management and project operations.
• Work with departments and CCP participants on registration and monitor the progress, including claims submission.
• Participate in HR related projects, company events and development programme.
