Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll and supporting the full spectrum of HR operations across multiple preschool centres.

• Manage end‑to‑end monthly payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with CPF, IRAS, NS make‑up pay claims, leave administration, and statutory requirements.
• Process payroll‑related updates, including new hires, resignations, salary adjustments, leave records, and employee data changes.
