Senior HR Executive / HR Executive

We’re looking for a hands‑on, resourceful HR Executive who’s excited to dive into both HR operations and people culture. You’ll have guidance and mentorship, but also the independence to own processes, solve problems, and drive initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including manpower planning, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Oversee both strategic and operational HR matters, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business direction.
• Work directly with department heads to plan and support performance, growth, and people development across the company.
