Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Director of Human Resources who will be a strategic leader responsible for driving the organization’s people strategy, with a strong emphasis on corporate compliance, risk management, and scalable HR operations. This role ensures adherence to all applicable labor laws and regulatory requirements while building and maintaining best-in-class HR programs that support business growth.
The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert in employment law and compliance, with experience navigating complex regulatory environments, and preferably brings international HR exposure across multiple regions.
