Conduct horizon scanning to identify federal, state, and local employment law changes and assess their organizational impact

Manage vendor partnerships and coordinate labor law poster compliance across all U.S. jurisdictions

Lead HR compliance reporting initiatives including EEO-1, VETS 4212, Census Bureau Surveys, OFCCP audits, and state pay data submissions
