We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on HRBP to support our small team. This role requires a versatile HR professional who can balance strategic thinking with operational execution, serving as a trusted adviser to leadership whilst managing day‑to‑day HR functions. On a day‑to‑day basis, expect to provide HR consultancy covering all aspects of the employee life cycle. In this role, you will also provide strategic insights to build a collaborative organisation culture, achieving the desired business goals of your stakeholders. This is a 2‑year supernumerary contract role.
