The Opportunity

Highspring is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support one of our major financial services engagements in Canada. In this senior advisory role, you will act as a trusted strategic partner to executive leadership, contributing directly to the delivery of the Human Capital Management strategy across multiple business lines.
