**A Day in the Life:**

The **Senior** **HR Business Partner (Sr HRBP)** is responsible for driving and supporting people strategy and high-value HR processes, serving at the primary point of contact. The Sr HRBP fosters a positive employee experience by utilizing problem-solving skills, HR knowledge, and policy and procedure awareness. This role is based out of Los Angeles.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $110,000.

**What You’ll Do:**

+ Drive and execute company objectives through a close partnership with the Western’s leadership team and serve as a champion for HR initiatives.
+ Actively collaborate with the Labor Relations team to prepare for and participate in negotiations and support the outcomes. Participate in collective bargaining, grievances, and arbitration.
