Senior HR Business Partner – Onsite Fixed‑Term Full‑Time (Parental Leave Cover – Approximately 18Months)

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to provide strategic and operational HR support while contributing to the transformation of our HR operating model (COE) and employee experience. Reporting to the Senior Manager – HR, you will build strong relationships with leaders, employees, union representatives, and global stakeholders. Partnering closely with your portfolio, you will deliver proactive HR solutions that support business growth, workforce readiness, and the introduction of the GTF Engine programme.
