This is a fixed term contract opportunity. Our client is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join their innovative HR team to support the delivery of a forward-thinking people strategy, with a specialist focus on technical capability, digital transformation and AI adoption. The successful candidate will play a leading role in the delivery of complex business change initiatives, particularly those associated with technology-enabled transformation and AI adoption. In addition, the role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships across the organisation, supporting the implementation of innovative HR solutions and providing expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and organisational standards.
