Oversee monthly payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and punctuality in payments. Administer employee compensation, including salary reviews, bonus distributions, and benefits management. Handle IR21 submissions while adhering to compliance with regulations. Maintain comprehensive HR and payroll records within HR systems. Address employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and tax-related matters. Support onboarding and offboarding processes in relation to payroll and benefits. Prepare HR reports and conduct data analysis utilizing Excel. Assist with audits and management reporting as necessary. Carry out any additional tasks as assigned by management. Requirements
