The Human Resources (HR) Advisor Senior Group Manager is a senior management level position responsible for leading strategic organizational design and workforce planning initiatives for the Chief Information Office of Technology. A key aspect of this role involves consulting and advising on organizational restructuring, proactively identifying talent needs and gaps and working to address them, identifying training and development requirements and in partnership with HR disciplines create training curriculums, and strategizing on optimal location strategies to support business objectives.
