Position Overview
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full employee lifecycle for contract staff (joining, onboarding, placement, extension, termination)
- Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, and assignment letters
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR database
- Compile monthly attendance, claims, and overtime data for payroll processing
- Coordinate payroll inputs with payroll vendor/internal finance team
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, tax filings where applicable)
- Coordinate deployment details with clients and internal recruitment team
- Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed before deployment
- Act as point of contact for contract staff HR-related queries
