RegularKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, analyze, and optimize high‑pressure steam systems, including boilers, headers, safety valves, relief systems, and condensate systems.Specify, select, and validate steam turbines (HP/IP/LP), their auxiliaries (lubrication, governing, sealing, vacuum), and the associated control systems.Carry out or oversee thermodynamic studies, including mass and energy balances, efficiency calculations, performance curves, energy optimization, transient scenarios, and start‑ups and shutdowns.Develop, update, and validate operating, start‑up and shutdown, and lockout and tagout procedures for steam and turbine systems.Lead preventive, condition‑based, and corrective maintenance programs (inspections, NDT, major ...
