Responsibilities:
- Hands on Helpdesk Support Role with strong Access Management / Ticketing background
- Manual Access Management
- Create or modify or delete end user application access
Requirements:
- Fresh college graduates/ interns will also work for this role
- Helpdesk / ServiceDesk exp
- Access Management / Ticketing exp
- Entry level certifications like Comptia A+, ITIL etc
- Self starter and organized
- Attention to detail
