+ Will be primarily responsible for hardware design of new product, including topology/components selection and design, design verification, issues analysis and solving
+ Support new product deveopment, including system design,topology/component selection/design, debug and validation
+ Lead the schematics design and work together with layout engineer to complet PCB design
+ Support to assess customers' requirement and offer techinical consulting
+ Quality issues analysis and customers' complaint handling
