We're hiring a Senior Growth Manager (Full-Time, Hybrid in the GTA) for a fast-growing Canadian DTC subscription brand. The company has built a recognizable name in its space and is now scaling its full growth engine, from first click to lifelong customer. This is a full-funnel role: you'll own conversion, retention, and lifecycle growth end to end. Stack leans Klaviyo, Shopify, GA4, Mixpanel, and Hotjar, with conversion rate optimization, subscription continuity, and win-back flows as the levers that matter most.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who sees the whole funnel as one system. Part growth marketer, part CRO specialist, part lifecycle builder, part data nerd.
