As our Senior Growth & Acquisition Manager, you will lead FitFlop's customer acquisition strategy, helping drive profitable growth across the UK, US and European markets.

Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for delivering growth across paid, organic and partnership channels, leading a high-performing team and working closely with agency and technology partners to maximise performance and identify new opportunities.

You will balance long‑term growth planning with day‑to‑day performance leadership, ensuring we continue to acquire high‑quality customers efficiently while building the capabilities needed for future growth. Success in this role comes from building strong partnerships, developing people and making smart commercial decisions.
