Description
Directly accountable for driving production across a thriving site, acting as the go‑to contact for all growing operations while executing the company’s strategic vision. Championing glasshouse performance alongside the Operations Manager, with hands‑on leadership across climate control, irrigation systems, and cutting‑edge greenhouse infrastructure to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible together with the Growing Director for implementing the mission and strategy of the organisation.
- Responsible together with the General Manager and Operations Manager to ensure best practices are followed inside the greenhouse
- Ensure deviations from the crop and business plan are identified and adjustments are made if necessary.
