Lead, drive and manage the Group’s non-financial & operational risk management methodology / framework (incl. risk taxonomy, control library and risk appetite), policies, and standards, by identifying and implementing forward-thinking and innovative approaches to risk management. Maintain awareness of best practices in the industry for non-financial & operational risk management.
