This position works out of our Minnetonka, MN, location in the Electrophysiology (EP) business.

Main Purpose of Role

The Senior Group Lead assists manufacturing management with achieving the daily production schedules and quality goals. Coordinates and supervises daily work for production personnel, moving operators around as necessary to maximize output and reduce WIP levels. Assist the supervisor in developing action plans to hit required output. Performs production reviews to ensure high level of quality before releasing product. Provide guidance and be a source of information for operators and support groups in the area. Assists in the employee/contractor selection process, and coordinates the documentation, onboarding, and training for employees, and provides inputs for performance appraisal.
