Working closely with the University Secretary, Executive Board, and University Council, the postholder will ensure that governance activities are well-coordinated, compliant, and delivered to a high professional standard. Responsibilities Support the smooth operation of Boards and Committees, ensuring adherence to terms of reference and governance requirements.
