Job Description:
The client is seeking a Senior Global-Tech/Enterprise Event Production Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact events and trade shows.
This is an individual contributor role responsible for managing global-scale events, working closely with agencies, internal engineering/product teams, and executive leadership.
The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of agency and client-side experience, deep expertise in event production, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end planning, management, and execution of large-scale trade shows (, Fabtech, Automatica) and intimate VIP events.
Manage event budgets (multi-million-dollar scale), negotiate with vendors/agencies, and ensure cost efficiency.
