Overview


We are seeking a Senior Global Process Engineer to lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of end to end business processes across multiple Lines of Business (LOBs), including pharmacy, provider, and corporate functions.

This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role focused on translating strategy into operationally sound, scalable, and measurable processes. You will partner closely with business, product, IT, data, and AI teams to improve how work gets done—driving efficiency, quality, compliance, and value realization in highly complex, regulated healthcare environments.
The role requires strong analytical skills, disciplined process improvement methods, and the ability to lead change across organizational boundaries.
