Your Responsibilities
Act as the senior escalation point for mid-level People Operations Managers on complex or sensitive cases.Provide support to employees and leaders across all business units throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.Lead administrative operations across our HR systems and ensure consistency in contracts, leave requests, and documentation.Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Legal, Payroll, and IT to deliver a consistent and reliable People Operations service.Mentor and guide mid-level People Operations team members, helping ensure alignment, quality, and consistency across regions.Lead the standardization, digitalization, and automation of People Operations processes in partnership with People Analytics & Infrastructure.Drive strategic initiatives such as benefit programs, workplace policy updates, and centralized reporting across entities.Gain early leadersh...
