About the Team:The Global Content & Partnerships Legal team sits within the wider Global Product Legal organisation and supports TikTok and other products and services across a broad range of commercial, product, and content-related matters. The team provides strategic legal support for product partnerships, content licensing, creator initiatives, and other high-priority commercial programs, working closely with business, product, operations, and legal stakeholders across multiple regions. This is a highly collaborative, on-site role and requires five days per week in the office. Responsibilities:
- Lead legal support for a broad range of complex commercial matters across the US, with flexibility to support wider regional and global initiatives as needed. - Advise on and negotiate technology transactions and strategic commercial agreements with US partners, including in support of product- and growth-related initiatives.
