Position Overview
Required Qualifications Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in tourism sales, ideally within a DMC, tour operator, or inbound group/series environment Proven success in Tour Series / Group Sales Fluent German and English (spoken and written – business level) Strong knowledge of Southern and/or East Africa as destinations Excellent commercial and negotiation skills High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple series and partners simultaneously Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to international B2 B partners Additional Qualifications Experience working with Tourplan or similar quoting systems Exposure to MICE or special-interest group travel (cultural, incentive, educational, affinity groups) Description Own and grow the Tour Series and group segment for the DACH market Build and manage long‑term relationships with tour operators, wholesalers, and key B2 B partners Proactively source new business, and convert leads into confirmed series and group departures
