**What you’ll need to succeed as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at XPO**

Minimum qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
+ 2 years of HR experience, including compensation, HRIS administration, HR management and employee relations with at least 1 year of professional recruitment experience
+ Experience working in HRIS and time/attendance systems
+ Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Preferred qualifications:

+ Demonstrate expertise in advanced internet searching, researching candidates
+ Professional HR certification
+ Experience in working in manufacturing/warehouse facilities
