Position Overview
Role Purpose The Business Analyst will support General Insurance initiatives by managing projects, capturing business and data requirements from end users, and producing operational and management reports. The role requires strong insurance domain knowledge and hands on technical capability across claims and policy systems.
Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement - Gather and document business, functional, and data requirements from end users
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with Claims, Underwriting, Finance, Operations, and IT
- Translate business needs into clear specifications and reporting requirements
- Support UAT, defect management, and post implementation reviews
Project Support - Assist Project Manager / IT Lead in tracking scope, timeline, risks, and deliverables
