Position Overview
- Perform and review complex balance sheet reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Reconcile bank accounts and cash transactions
- Investigate and resolve complex reconciling items
- Perform variance analysis and provide insights
- Ensure alignment between subledgers and general ledger
- Collaborate with global and US-based teams
- Support process improvements and standardization
- Support month-end close activities

- 4+ years of experience in accounting / financial reporting
- Strong experience in balance sheet reconciliations and GL
