Position Overview
**Duties & Responsibilities**
Review the work of a group of Fund Administrators (I, II and III). Reviewing responsibilities primarily includes financial statements, board materials, compliance tests and other functions of Fund Administration.
Key Functions:
+ Coordinate with Lead Administrator and clientβs external auditor the audit of financial statements and provide timely and accurate documentation necessary to complete the audit
+ Respond to client questions and requests
+ Perform review of quarterly, semi-annual and annual financial reports for assigned funds to ensure accuracy and proper disclosure
+ Perform review of periodic dividend and capital gain distributions
+ Perform final review of requested board material for client board meetings.
+ Other Duties as assigned
