Responsibilities:

+ Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in line with regulatory requirements and GAAP.

+ Oversee accounts reconciliation, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.

+ Analysis and interpretation of fund performance data.

+ Liaise with auditors, administer audit process and review draft financial statements and audit findings.

+ Monitor cash and capital transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, distributions and transfers.
