Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Senior Functional Consultants with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Human Capital Management (HCM) to support an ongoing enterprise implementation and support environment. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing functional leadership, business process analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, stakeholder engagement, and post-implementation support across Oracle EBS HCM modules.
The role requires strong consulting capability, stakeholder management, and hands-on functional configuration experience within large and complex environments.
