Job Summary:

The Senior Associate – Resilience plays a key role in supporting and delivering advisory services that help clients anticipate, withstand, respond to, and recover from a wide range of operational, strategic, financial, and insurable risks. This role blends traditional insurance risk advisory capabilities with broader resilience disciplines, including enterprise risk management, crisis management, business continuity, and operational resilience.

Senior Associates work across the full engagement lifecycle—supporting proposal development, conducting risk and resilience assessments, developing analytical insights, preparing executive-ready deliverables, and engaging directly with client stakeholders. This role requires strong analytical skills, comfort working across multiple risk domains, and the ability to translate complex information into practical, actionable recommendations for clients.
