A well-established and growing women's fashion company based in Montreal is seeking an experienced Senior Fit Technician to join its product development team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about garment fit, construction, and delivering high-quality apparel that aligns with brand standards and customer expectations.

The Senior Fit Technician will play a key role in ensuring garments fit properly, meet technical specifications, and are production‑ready prior to manufacturing. You will collaborate closely with design, production, and overseas vendors to maintain consistency in fit, sizing, and overall garment quality across collections.

Responsibilities

• Create initial garment specifications based on sketches or samples
• Conduct fit sessions on live models and/or dress forms
• Evaluate garment fit, balance, proportion, comfort, and movement
• Measure samples against technical specifications and size charts
