Key Responsibilities
Design & Engineering Lead the design and integration of fire protection systems (sprinklers, hydrants, hose reels, wet/dry risers, gas suppression, smoke control, etc.) with ACMV and M&E systems. Prepare detailed calculations, hydraulic analysis, schematics, and technical drawings in compliance with Singapore standards (SS CP 52, SS 575, SS 553, NFPA, FM Global). Ensure seamless coordination of fire protection systems with ACMV, electrical, plumbing, and structural disciplines.
Regulatory Compliance Ensure all designs and installations comply with
Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF)

Fire Safety Act
, BCA, and relevant codes of practice. Prepare, review, and submit fire safety plans, calculations, and authority submissions. Liaise with Qualified Persons (QPs), Registered Inspectors (RIs), and SCDF officers to secure approvals and clearances.
