SSK is seeking a qualified candidate for a position in its Insurance office in the Western Cape. The core responsibilities of this position include all statutory responsibilities of a Key Individual regarding FAIS and FSCA requirements.

Responsibilities Ensure ongoing compliance with FAIS, FICA, POPIA, COFI, and other applicable legislation. Provide strategic guidance to the short-term insurance division. Oversee the delivery of financial services and advice processes. Manage, mentor, and support key individuals, representatives, and administrative staff. Coordinating staff training and development, maintaining records, conducting scheduled evaluations, and conducting staff reviews. Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and client focus. Manage the branches’ capital and operating budgets, payments, reconciliations, reporting, service providers, and agreements.
