Position Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Role Summary

We are seeking a hands‑on Senior Financial Analyst to support core FP&A and reporting. This role is focused on monthly actuals reporting, weekly sales metrics, ARR performance analysis, sales commission tracking, and forecasting/budgeting. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys owning their work end‑to‑end, can solve problems independently, and has a startup mentality—comfortable building new processes and implementing new tooling.

Key Responsibilities

• Monthly Actuals & Reporting
  • Own monthly close actuals reporting, including management P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, revenue detail, and variance analysis vs. budget and forecast
