Job SUMMARY: The Sr. Financial Analyst is responsible for providing financial insights and projections to facilitate decision-making to the Commercial Leaders. This role involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and developing financial models to support strategic planning and operational efficiency.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


+ Lead the preparation of the annual budget and monthly forecasts by working with the commercial leaders in the region

+ Analyze variances between actuals, budget, and forecast, and explain key drivers for Top Line and Bottom Line.

+ Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and models for revenue, costs, headcount for senior management and highlighting key metrics and trends.

+ Develop Monthly KPI’s Management Reports and Dashboard
