We are seeking an experienced finance professional for our client in an established real estate platform to oversee its Singapore portfolio. This role will take ownership of the finance function locally, with scope expected to grow alongside new asset acquisitions.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing financial performance tracking across the portfolio
